Payments Policy
3-102-949565 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA | Last updated: 2026-07-16
The English version prevails.
The minimum accepted deposit is EUR 10. This Payments Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and sets out the detailed rules for deposits, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks, payment verification, customer funds and payment-related AML controls.
This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Commission General Code of Practice, the TGC AML Regulations, the Company AML/KYC Policy and the Company Crypto-Currency Policy. If a topic-specific AML/KYC requirement is stricter than this Policy, the stricter requirement applies for that transaction.
1. Scope and General Principles
1.1 3-102-949565 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA (the "Company") uses approved payment service providers, financial institutions and crypto payment service providers to receive deposits and process withdrawals on its behalf.
1.2 The Player Account must not be treated as a bank account, payment account, e-money wallet or financial institution account. No interest is payable on balances held in a Player Account.
1.3 The Company does not provide credit for gaming, other than promotional or bonus credits issued under applicable Bonus Terms. Players may not stake more than the funds available in their Player Account.
1.4 Players must use payment methods registered in their own name. Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of another person, or using a payment instrument not registered to the player, is prohibited and may be treated as fraudulent conduct under Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Approved Payment Arrangements
2.1 Banking and payment processing arrangements for deposits and withdrawals are conducted through appropriately regulated financial service providers or payment service providers approved by the Tobique Gaming Commission or the applicable Direct Licensee at the time the license was granted or renewed.
2.2 The Company will not materially change its approved banking or payment processing arrangements without notifying and obtaining prior written consent from the Commission or applicable Direct Licensee where required.
2.3 Deposit timing, withdrawal timing, currency availability and charges vary by payment method and provider. Current payment methods and indicative charges are displayed on the Website.
| Method of Payment | Timing of Deposit | Deposit Charges |
|---|---|---|
| Mastercard | Immediate, subject to issuer approval | Fee as regulated by card/payment provider |
| Cryptocurrency | After required blockchain confirmations and screening | Network fee and/or provider fee |
3. Deposits
3.1 Deposits may be made only through the Website and only by using payment methods made available in the cashier section.
3.2 A card deposit is successful only when the Company receives payment confirmation and authorisation from the payment provider or card issuer.
3.3 The Company may request additional information or documents for any deposit, including identity, payment method, source of funds, source of wealth, address, transaction explanation or proof of ownership.
3.4 Deposits must be for genuine recreational gaming. Fund cycling, depositing without meaningful gameplay and using the Player Account as a financial pass-through are prohibited.
3.5 The Company will not process a deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction originates from a restricted jurisdiction, a concealed location, a third-party payment method, a sanctioned wallet or person, or funds not lawfully owned by the player.
4. Withdrawals
4.1 Subject to legitimate restrictions such as verification, security checks, AML/KYC review, bonus terms, withdrawal limits and payment processing constraints, a customer may initiate the withdrawal of available cleared cash balance at any time through the Website.
4.2 Withdrawals are processed only to open Accounts and only after completion of required identity, age, payment method and AML/KYC checks. Winnings will not be paid until age and identity have been formally verified.
4.3 Withdrawals are normally processed to the same verified payment method from which the deposit originated. Any exception must be expressly allowed by the relevant payment rail, approved by the MLRO or authorised payment/compliance personnel, documented, and consistent with AML/KYC controls.
4.4 The Company will use reasonable efforts to complete withdrawal processing within five working days from receipt of all required verification documents and conclusion of checks, subject to payment provider timeframes and applicable withdrawal limits.
4.5 Withdrawals may be subject to a pending period of up to 72 hours. If the player fails to provide required verification documents within the requested timeframe, the withdrawal may be cancelled and returned to the Player Account balance.
4.6 Withdrawals of EUR 5,000 or more, or currency equivalent, may be subject to an internal audit of up to seven business days. The audit may include transaction records, gameplay logs, payment instrument review, bonus review, fraud checks and AML/KYC review.
4.7 The Company may process withdrawals over multiple transactions or by an alternative approved method where operationally necessary, legally required, payment rails require it, or the player agrees and the AML/KYC controls are satisfied.
5. Withdrawal Limits
5.1 Withdrawal limits are determined by the player loyalty level unless stricter limits apply due to AML/KYC review, responsible gambling controls, payment provider rules, bonus terms, internal risk controls or applicable law. For this clause, "day" means a calendar day from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC and "month" means a rolling 30-day period from the first withdrawal request in that period.
5.2 The limits below must match the withdrawal-limit table in the Terms and Conditions. Any change to this table must be made consistently in both documents and documented through the Company’s change-control process. If any discrepancy occurs, the withdrawal limits published in the Terms and Conditions at the time the withdrawal request is submitted shall prevail.
| Loyalty Level | USD Day / Month | EUR Day / Month | CAD Day / Month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Levels 1-6 | 1,000 / 10,000 | 1,000 / 10,000 | 1,250 / 12,500 |
| Levels 7-9 | 1,250 / 12,500 | 1,250 / 12,500 | 1,500 / 15,000 |
| Levels 10-12 | 1,500 / 15,000 | 1,500 / 15,000 | 1,850 / 18,500 |
| Level 13 | 1,750 / 17,500 | 1,750 / 17,500 | 2,200 / 22,000 |
| Level 14 | 2,000 / 20,000 | 2,000 / 20,000 | 2,500 / 25,000 |
| Level 15 | 2,500 / 25,000 | 2,500 / 25,000 | 3,000 / 30,000 |
5.3 Where a player Account balance is at least ten times greater than the total lifetime deposits, the maximum withdrawal amount may be limited to EUR 5,000 or currency equivalent per calendar month, regardless of loyalty level. Additional verification may be required before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal limits may be reviewed and adjusted where required by AML/KYC requirements, responsible gambling controls, payment provider constraints, bonus rules, suspected fraud, or risk review. Any increase above the standard limits shall be governed by clause 5.5.
5.5 The Company may, in exceptional cases and at its discretion, approve withdrawal limits exceeding the standard daily or monthly limits set out in clause 5.2. Any such decision shall be made on an individual basis and may take into account the player’s account history, verification status, payment history, loyalty status, gaming activity, responsible gambling considerations, AML/KYC requirements, security checks, payment-provider restrictions, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and other relevant operational or risk factors. Any exception does not constitute a contractual entitlement and does not create an obligation for the Company to grant the same or a similar exception in the future or to any other player.
6. Rollover, Fees, Refunds and Currency
6.1 Unless otherwise stated in applicable Bonus Terms or specific promotional terms, each deposit is intended for genuine recreational gaming and should be wagered at least three (3) times before it is withdrawn.
The three-times turnover requirement is a condition for withdrawal without the Early Withdrawal Administrative Fee described in clause 6.2 and does not constitute an absolute restriction on the Player’s right to request withdrawal of their available cleared balance.
Any withdrawal remains subject to completion of applicable identity, age, payment-method, security, fraud, KYC, AML, sanctions and responsible-gambling checks.
6.2 Where a Player requests withdrawal before completing the three-times turnover requirement, the Company may process the withdrawal subject to the checks referred to in clause 6.1 and may deduct an Early Withdrawal Administrative Fee.
The Early Withdrawal Administrative Fee shall be equal to ten per cent (10%) of the portion of the relevant deposit included in the withdrawal that remains subject to the turnover requirement.
The fee shall be subject to a minimum amount of EUR 10, or its equivalent in the Player’s Account currency, provided that:
a) the total fee shall never exceed ten per cent (10%) of the requested withdrawal amount;
b) the fee shall not exceed the amount of the relevant deposit included in the withdrawal;
c) the Company may waive or reduce, but may not increase, the fee; and
d) the fee shall be applied consistently to Players in equivalent circumstances.
The applicable fee and its calculation shall be disclosed to the Player before the withdrawal is confirmed or processed, where reasonably practicable.
6.3 The Early Withdrawal Administrative Fee is intended solely to contribute towards reasonable payment-processing, transaction-review and administrative costs incurred by the Company in connection with processing a withdrawal before the applicable turnover requirement has been completed.
The fee is not an AML, KYC or fraud-prevention measure. Completion of the turnover requirement or payment of the fee does not replace, limit or satisfy any identity verification, KYC, AML, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, sanctions-screening, fraud-prevention or transaction-monitoring requirement.
A withdrawal involving minimal gameplay, unusual transactions, fund recycling, low-risk wagering or activity inconsistent with the Player’s known profile may be separately reviewed and escalated to the AMLCO/MLRO.
6.4 For the purposes of this Section, “Qualifying Wagers” means settled wagers placed using real-money funds.
The following shall not count towards completion of the turnover requirement:
a) wagers placed exclusively using bonus funds;
b) voided, cancelled or refunded wagers;
c) fraudulent, collusive or manipulated wagers;
d) wagers placed through prohibited automated systems, bots or scripts;
e) wagers connected with bonus abuse, system exploitation or other prohibited activity; and
f) artificial, coordinated or minimal-risk wagering which the Company reasonably determines, following a documented review, was intended to circumvent this Policy or recycle funds.
Where more than one deposit has been made, the Company shall calculate turnover against deposits in chronological order, starting with the earliest deposit, unless another transparent calculation method is displayed to the Player before the relevant deposit is made.
The Company shall maintain appropriate records of the turnover calculation and provide the Player with reasonable information regarding the calculation upon request, subject to legal, security and anti-tipping-off restrictions.
6.5 The three-times turnover requirement and the Early Withdrawal Administrative Fee shall not apply where:
a) the Player has requested self-exclusion;
b) the Account is being closed or restricted for responsible-gambling reasons;
c) the Company has initiated Account closure for reasons not resulting from fraud, prohibited conduct or a material breach by the Player;
d) the withdrawal or refund relates to a duplicate payment or a verified payment-processing error;
e) deposited funds must be returned under the Company’s underage-player procedure and there is no evidence of fraud;
f) the Company or its payment provider is unable to provide the relevant gaming or payment services;
g) the fee or turnover requirement is prohibited by applicable law, payment-scheme rules or regulatory direction; or
h) the Tobique Gaming Commission or the applicable Direct Licensee directs the Company not to apply the requirement or fee.
In these circumstances, the available cleared balance shall be returned subject only to necessary identity, payment-method, security, fraud, sanctions, KYC and AML checks.
6.6 Where a Player submits more than one withdrawal request within a rolling 30-day period, the Company may charge an administrative fee of up to three per cent (3%) of each additional withdrawal amount to contribute towards reasonable payment-processing and administrative costs.
Any such fee must:
a) be disclosed to the Player before the relevant withdrawal is confirmed or processed, where reasonably practicable;
b) be applied consistently to Players in equivalent circumstances;
c) not exceed the reasonable processing and administrative costs associated with the transaction;
d) not apply in any of the circumstances described in clause 6.5; and
e) not be charged in addition to the Early Withdrawal Administrative Fee under clause 6.2 in respect of the same withdrawal.
6.7 All deposits, payments and completed transactions are final unless otherwise required by applicable law, payment-scheme rules, regulatory direction or expressly approved by the Company in accordance with this Policy.
Nothing in this clause limits the Player’s right to request withdrawal of their available cleared balance or to submit a genuine unauthorised-transaction claim, payment dispute, chargeback or complaint.
6.8 A refund may be requested only in exceptional circumstances, including:
a) duplicate payment;
b) verified technical error in transaction processing;
c) an unauthorised transaction, subject to successful internal review and verification;
d) incorrect payment processing attributable to the Company or its payment provider; or
e) any other circumstance in which a refund is required by applicable law, payment-scheme rules or regulatory direction.
6.9 Except where applicable law, payment-scheme rules or regulatory direction provides otherwise, refunds will not be issued for:
a) gameplay losses;
b) dissatisfaction with game outcomes;
c) failure to meet applicable bonus conditions;
d) cancellation of a bonus in accordance with the Bonus Terms;
e) Account restrictions resulting from fraud, prohibited conduct or a breach of the Terms and Conditions; or
f) lawful actions taken under the Company’s AML/KYC, fraud-prevention or responsible-gambling controls.
Failure to complete the three-times turnover requirement shall not by itself result in forfeiture of the Player’s deposited funds. The withdrawal shall instead be handled in accordance with clauses 6.1–6.5.
6.10. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] or through the live-chat facility displayed on the Website and must include the reason for the request and any reasonably available supporting information.
General refund or transaction complaints should be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the relevant event. Fiat transaction discrepancies should be reported within thirty (30) calendar days.
No refund request will normally be considered later than one month from the initial transaction date unless applicable law, payment-scheme rules or regulatory direction requires otherwise.
6.11 Where currency conversion is required for deposits, balances, withdrawals, refunds, fees, limits or thresholds, the equivalent amount shall be determined using the exchange rate applied by the Company’s relevant payment service provider, crypto payment service provider or payment interface at the time the relevant transaction, refund or fee is processed.
Information about the applicable conversion rate or calculation method will be made available on the Website or through the relevant payment interface where reasonably practicable.
6.12. The Company is not responsible for failures or delays caused exclusively by banks, card issuers, blockchain networks, payment service providers or other third parties outside the Company’s reasonable control, except where:
a) the failure or delay was caused or materially contributed to by the Company;
b) the Company failed to take reasonable steps to resolve the issue; or
c) applicable law or regulatory requirements provide otherwise.
7. Payment Verification and AML/KYC Controls
7.1 Identity verification is initiated at registration and must be completed before the earlier of: (i) 30 days from the first deposit; (ii) cumulative deposits reaching EUR 2,000 or currency equivalent on a rolling basis; or (iii) the first withdrawal request. The Company may require verification earlier at its discretion.
7.2 Documents that may be requested include government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, card photographs with middle digits and CVV obscured, bank statement, source-of-funds evidence, source-of-wealth evidence, notarised documents, confirmation of deposit, or other documents required under the AML/KYC Policy.
7.3 The Company will not process any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the payment originates from, or is directed to, a restricted jurisdiction, a concealed location, a third-party payment method, an unauthorised payment instrument, a sanctioned person/wallet, or illicit funds.
7.4 The Company may review transaction records and logs whenever necessary. If the Account is used for non-recreational purposes, fund cycling, payment fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or other breach of the Terms, the Company may cancel pending withdrawals and void winnings derived from such activity. The original deposited amount may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to AML/KYC review and applicable legal restrictions.
7.5 Deposits, withdrawals, payment method changes and failed transactions may be monitored for unusual or suspicious activity and escalated to the AMLCO/MLRO in accordance with the AML/KYC Policy.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
8.1 This section supplements Section 4.7-4.8 and Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions. Before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal request with a bank, card issuer, payment provider or other third party, the player must first contact Customer Support and allow the Company a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter internally.
8.2 The player must make all payments to the Company and payment providers in good faith and must not initiate or attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal or cancellation of a completed payment in bad faith, including where funds were credited correctly, the player used the funds or received the benefit of the transaction, or the dispute is raised to avoid legitimate losses or obligations.
8.3 Initiating or requesting a chargeback, payment reversal or unauthorised refund of a valid deposit may constitute payment fraud and may result in Account suspension, voiding of winnings, cancellation of withdrawals and reporting to payment providers, financial institutions, fraud-prevention networks, regulators and authorities.
8.4 If a chargeback or payment reversal is requested by the player or on the player’s behalf, the Company may block the Account, issue a chargeback notice to the registered contact details, void winnings or bonuses associated with the Account, and seek recovery of bank fees, processing charges, administrative costs and losses.
8.5 The player must reimburse the Company for any chargeback, denial or reversal of payment and any loss suffered by the Company as a consequence, except where the chargeback is upheld due to the Company’s proven error or where reimbursement is prohibited by applicable law.
8.6 The Company may impose an administrative fee of USD 50, EUR 50, or currency equivalent for each chargeback, denial or reversal of payment, to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment scheme rules.
8.7 If a chargeback, payment reversal, refund reversal or other unpaid payment amount is initiated by you or on your behalf and, following the completion of the Company’s internal review, applicable payment-provider or card-scheme process, and any applicable complaint or dispute procedure, the Company reasonably determines that the reversal was not caused by Company error, duplicate processing, an unauthorised transaction not attributable to you, or another valid legal basis for reversal, your Account balance may be adjusted accordingly. The Company may seek recovery of such debt only through lawful means, including by issuing notice to you, setting off the amount against future deposits, winnings or withdrawable balances where legally permitted, or pursuing recovery before a competent court or through another lawful recovery process. Nothing in this clause limits your right to raise a genuine payment dispute, unauthorised-transaction claim, complaint, refund request or chargeback where such right is available under applicable law, payment-scheme rules, the Payments Policy or the Company’s complaints procedure.
8.8 The Company may place the relevant Account, payment, withdrawal or balance on hold for the period reasonably necessary to conduct an internal review, including fraud, AML, KYC and payment verification checks.
9. Customer Account History, Queries and Disrupted Transactions
9.1 You may log in to view your Account statement, including deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets, pending bets and withdrawals. Account history for at least the previous 30 days will be directly accessible, with older material available on request in accordance with the Terms.
9.2 Account-related customer queries will be addressed promptly. You must notify the Company immediately if you notice errors or discrepancies in your Account or statement.
9.3 The Company maintains a documented process for detecting and correcting timeout receipts, disrupted transaction processing and aborted transactions. Where a disrupted service causes pending transactions to be aborted, affected stakes or wagers will be refunded or resolved in a manner compliant with the Gaming Act and fair to all affected participants.
9.4 Where transaction cancellation, voiding or withholding of winnings is due to suspected fraud, deception, software interference or suspicious circumstances, the Company will report to the Direct Licensee or Commission as required, unless the matter triggers AML suspicious activity reporting.
10. Customer Funds and Security
10.1 The Company is liable for customer funds and must segregate customer funds from corporate working accounts in a separate regulated bank or electronic money institution account, in an amount equal to 100% of total customer funds with additional margin to cover standard costs and fees.
10.2 Customer balances, pending withdrawals and guaranteed prizes must be separately identifiable at any point in time. The Company must be able to demonstrate sufficient cash and cash equivalents to pay these balances.
10.3 If total customer funds exceed funds available for immediate payout, the Company will make up the deficit within seven days after it occurs and send proof of redress to the Commission or Direct Licensee where required.
10.4 Credit and debit card data is stored and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards and applicable data security requirements. Payment data is handled under the Privacy Policy and relevant payment provider requirements.
11. Record Keeping
11.1 The Company maintains records of customer identity, verification results, account history, deposits, withdrawals, payment instrument details, transaction logs, account balance and gambling transaction history for at least five years from the date of the customer’s last activity, or longer where required by law, AML/KYC investigations or regulatory direction.
11.2 Records will be made available to the Tobique Gaming Commission, Direct Licensee, auditors, law enforcement or competent authorities upon request and subject to applicable confidentiality and data protection requirements.
